Let’s Dig Deeper Podcast
School of Archaeology joins forces with student and podcast host Zeenat Haroon.
Let’s Dig Deeper is a podcast series about archaeology and the ancient world, hosted by Zeenat Haroon, a student of classical archaeology at the University of Copenhagen.
Each episode features interviews with researchers and experts and takes a closer look at sites, objects, and ideas from ancient times. By bringing academic insights into conversation with thoughtful questions, the series aims to make archaeology engaging, accessible, and relevant and to discuss how we know what we know, and why it still matters today.
- How did democracy develop in ancient Athens, and what made it possible?
- What was everyday life like in Ancient Mesopotamia for different social groups?
- How is artificial intelligence changing the way archaeologists research, analyze, and interpret the past?
These are just some of the questions we seek to answer in the podcasts. Whether you’re new to archaeology or already fascinated by antiquity, this series invites you to dig a little deeper into the stories buried beneath our feet.
